PLANNING: We offer a planning/design service as well as selling products for the kitchen and bathroom if you already have a design. If you are remodeling, bring in your own measurements or we can do initial measurements for a fee. We can make a design that suits your needs. If you are building, we can meet with you in our showroom. All measurements are confirmed by our staff or your contractor before ordering.

CONSULTATION

• We discuss your needs and your desires.

• We offer quality products at competitive pricing. Lines of cabinetry to fit

  every budget.

• We take measurements of the space involved.

• We relate this room to the rest of the house, considering traffic flow and/or structural changes suggesting possibilities for you.

DESIGN: We will prepare and present design options and evaluate them with you. The design package may include floor plans, material recommendations and/ or price quotations.

INSTALLATION OPTIONS: We work with your contractor, we can refer you to one of the contractors we recommend, or you can be your own contractor.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT:
When decisions on design, materials and installation have been made, we fill out a purchase agreement. As much detail as possible will be outlined in the estimates and purchase agreement.

ADMINISTRATION: We guarantee the “fit” of your design based on measurements we have made. We prepare detailed hand drawings, expedite the ordering and schedule deliveries of all materials.

PREPARATION: We will notify you of delivery /pickup date.

REFERENCES: We can provide references of many previous customers on request.

OUR HISTORY
1989	Opened the first showroom on Walnut Street in Elmira.
1994	Moved the showroom to Lake Road in Elmira Heights.
2001	Fire destroyed our showroom on Lake Road.
2002	Moved the showroom back to Lake Road next to the old location.
2004	15 year anniversary closed the showroom on Lake Road and opened 2,400 Sq. Ft. showrooms on Chemung Street in Horseheads.
2005	Moved Corian Fabrication shop to the Chemung Street location.
2009	Celebrating our 20-year anniversary!
2013	Previous owners’ retired, Long time employee Denna Ostrander took over the business!
2014	Having a wonderful time with my clients. Helping them with their dream kitchens and bathrooms.
