Our Personalized Approach

Whether you’re a homeowner planning a full remodel or a contractor seeking quality products, we make the process simple and transparent. You can choose to purchase our professional design blueprints to guide your own project, acquire just the products, or opt for our complete design-and-product solution that takes you from concept to completion. While the majority of our clients are homeowners, we also collaborate with contractors who rely on our expertise and quality materials.

Our Process

We guide you through every step of your renovation project, from initial measurements to final delivery.
• Showroom Visit: Visit our showroom at 940 Chemung Street in Horseheads to see our products and meet with owner and designer, Denna Ostrander. Our regular hours are Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-1pm, with other times available by appointment.
• Planning: We offer a full planning and design service, or we can simply sell products if you already have a design in mind. You can provide your own measurements or our team can perform initial measurements for a fee. All measurements are confirmed by our staff or your contractor before any orders are placed to guarantee a perfect fit.
• Consultation: During our consultation, we’ll discuss your needs, desires, and budget to find the right products for you. We also take initial measurements and consider your room in relation to the rest of the house, offering suggestions for traffic flow and structural changes.
• Design: Our team will prepare and present detailed design options. Your design package may include floor plans, material recommendations, and/or price quotations.
• Installation Options: We offer several options for installation. You can work with your own contractor, we can refer you to one of our trusted professionals, or you can manage the installation yourself.
• Purchase Agreement: Once you’ve made decisions on the design, materials, and installation, we will create a detailed purchase agreement outlining all estimates and project specifics.
• Administration: We guarantee the fit of your design based on our confirmed measurements. We prepare detailed hand drawings, expedite the ordering process, and schedule deliveries for all materials. We will notify you of all delivery and pickup dates.

For your kitchen, our selection includes cabinetry in fully custom, semi-custom, and stock options, as well as stunning countertops in popular materials like Quartz, Granite, Laminate, Corian, and Butcher Block. We also carry sinks, faucets, lighting fixtures, and custom islands. For the bathroom, our designs balance comfort and style with elegant mirrors (including lighted Krugg mirrors), bathtubs that range from classic clawfoot styles to modern free-standing tubs, and a variety of showers in tile, solid surface, or acrylic.

OUR HISTORY
1989	Opened the first showroom on Walnut Street in Elmira.
1994	Moved the showroom to Lake Road in Elmira Heights.
2001	Fire destroyed our showroom on Lake Road.
2002	Moved the showroom back to Lake Road next to the old location.
2004	15 year anniversary closed the showroom on Lake Road and opened 2,400 Sq. Ft. showrooms on Chemung Street in Horseheads.
2005	Moved Corian Fabrication shop to the Chemung Street location.
2009	Celebrating our 20-year anniversary!
2013	Previous owners’ retired, Long time employee Denna Ostrander took over the business!
